Tankers

PE "TIZ-Karbogaz" has all the licenses, tools, qualified specialists and extensive experience in the manufacture of tank trucks for the transportation of liquefied gases. The customer receives a turnkey tank truck, including all necessary registration processes. One of the most undeniable advantages of our cryogenic tank trucks is their low weight, high quality manufacturing using our own know-how, the use of spare parts, materials and fittings from leading European manufacturers. One of the company's new directions is the design and turnkey manufacturing of tank trailers for transporting food products (concentrates, milk, sunflower and palm oil, etc.). Particular attention is paid to the quality of work performed - from the insulation of the tanker to the installation of pumping groups using high-quality fittings. Modifications of tank trucks depend 100% on the wishes of the customer.

Gasifier

PE "TIZ-Karbogaz" has successfully launched the production of gasifiers equipped with high-quality working and protective fittings from global manufacturers HEROSE, DANFOSS, etc., as well as GEA heat exchangers. Our gasifiers are designed to convert CO2, O2, Ar, N from liquid to gaseous state.

A container operating under pressure with vacuum-perlite insulation can provide automatic and constant delivery of a gaseous product under a given pressure to the consumer network; it can also be used for transportation, storage and delivery of liquefied oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide.

The cryocylinder consists of an internal and external container, the space between which is filled with perlite and evacuated. Due to this, excellent storage properties of the cryoproduct are achieved.

Air evaporator

Air gasifiers of the private enterprise "TIZ-Karbogaz" of the RT series are manufactured taking into account the most modern developments, which allow saving energy costs up to 95% compared to electric gasifiers, as well as minimizing gasification time, which increases the efficiency of the production process. Gasifiers of the RT series can operate autonomously, as well as as part of an automated system (with computer control). The required amount of heat is provided by air circulation in the room where the gasifier is installed. The temperature of the circulating air should not be lower than +10 C. The high-performance, energy-saving, two-section lamella heat exchanger of the RT series gasifier consists of thin-walled copper pipes and aluminum lamellas selected according to the profile. Each section is equipped with a safety valve in case of emergency pressure increase. The gasifier body is made of stainless steel and equipped with a stainless steel pan for draining condensate with the ability to connect a drainage pipe. Gasifiers can additionally be equipped with a steam or water heating system to increase the overall power. Gasifiers are designed for long-term and extremely safe operation in automatic mode without constant supervision of operating personnel.

Cryogenic containers for transportation and storage of LCO2, LNG, LPG, LiN, LOX, LAr

Private enterprise "Tiz-Karbogaz" produces cryogenic vessels with vacuum or two-component polyurethane foam insulation, which provides long-term storage under pressure of liquefied cryogenic gases, such as liquefied carbon dioxide (LCO2), liquefied oxygen (LOX), liquefied natural gas, liquefied propane (LPG), liquefied nitrogen (LN2) and liquefied argon (LAr). The containers are produced in capacities up to 200,000 liters respectively and comply with EU PED 97/23 (European Pressure Equipment Directive). For the Ukrainian market, vessels are manufactured in accordance with DSTU and with the permission of the State Gorpromnadzor of Ukraine. The design of the vessels meets the requirements of the “Rules for the Design and Safe Operation of Pressure Vessels”.
