TIZINOX® (AdBlue®) - SPECIAL SOLUTION OF HIGHLY PURIFIED UREA FOR TRUCKS and CARS
TIZINOX® is used for systems of selective catalytic neutralization of nitrogen oxides (SCR), which are installed in diesel cars in order to achieve environmental standards Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6.
TIZINOX® is a solution of highly purified urea (32.5%) in demineralized water (67.5%).
The SCR technology is based on the injection of a strictly dosed amount of the TIZINOX® reagent into the flow of exhaust gases in the presence of a catalyst (vanadium pentoxide), resulting in a chemical reaction of the transformation of nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless substances - nitrogen and water.
The solidification temperature of TIZINOX® is minus 11 ° C, however, since the SCR system is always equipped with heating, this does not prevent the effective operation of the product.
TIZINOX® urea solution has a number of advantages, including:

TIZINOX® must be protected from direct sunlight. At a temperature below -11 degrees, the reagent crystallizes, but when frozen, TIZINOX® does not lose its properties. The SCR system is heated and while the engine is running, the urea (TIZINOX®) will NOT freeze. For complete freezing at a temperature of -35 degrees, the car must stand without movement for 2 days.
TIZINOX® does not expand like water, so the tank for AdBlue® cannot be deformed if the reagent freezes in the car tank for a long time. TIZINOX® reagent is not harmful to humans and animals. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive.
The product is certified as safe according to EU directive 67/548 / EEC.

If you use TIZINOX® liquid, you should take into account the fact that to work with it you need equipment made of special materials. If equipment that does not meet the special requirements is used, it can lead to contamination of the TIZINOX® fluid and failure of the Selective Catalytic Neutralization (SCR) system.

TIZINOX® liquid is very sensitive to metals: zinc, aluminum, copper, cast iron, brass. When in contact with these metals, they form salts, which, if they get into the catalyst, can disable it. These metals are used in the production of some materials that are used in various equipment. That is why it is recommended to use only equipment approved for work with TIZINOX.
All materials in contact with TIZINOX® must be free of foreign impurities such as oils, fuels, fuel-lubricants, solvents, dust and other chemical or natural substances.
To avoid contamination of TIZINOX®, storage containers must be original and tightly closed.

The warranty period of TIZINOX® storage is 1 year (12 months). TIZINOX storage temperature: from -11 to +30 degrees.
