Cryocylinder
"TIZ KARBOGAZ" is expanding its product line and launching the production of cryocylinders under the "Tiz Cryo" brand, offering sales and rental equipment.
This is a new line of cryogenic equipment that will allow us to further expand our range and meet the needs of our customers with an effective offer for the supply of equipment and cryogenic gases.
Cryogenic cylinders "Tiz Cryo" (hereinafter referred to as cryocylinders) are stainless steel containers with vacuum insulation designed for storing and transporting liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide and other gases.
A container operating under pressure with vacuum-perlite insulation can provide automatic and constant delivery of a gaseous product under a given pressure to the consumer network; it can also be used for transportation, storage and delivery of liquefied oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide.
The cryocylinder consists of an internal and external container, the space between which is filled with perlite and evacuated. Due to this, excellent storage properties of the cryoproduct are achieved.
The operating principle of a cryocylinder is based on creating pressure in an internal vessel filled with liquid. Raising and maintaining pressure in the vessel is ensured by a system consisting of a lift regulator and a pressure rise evaporator. From the cryocylinder, the product enters the built-in evaporator, from where gas is supplied to the consumer at a set pressure.
